Business listings undergo a 24-hour verification process by our team before being approved and listed on SwyftLink. If your business has been listed for more than 24 hours, check if you are searching for the business listing under the right category and if the business name is correctly spelt in the search bar. If issue still persists, use the “Contact Us” feature to reach us for additional support.

Check if you have entered your account details correctly, or alternatively request for a password reset using “Forgot password”. If issues still persist, “Contact Us” and give us details of your technical issues.

Business listings undergo a 24-hour verification process by our team before being approved and listed on SwyftLink. The “Report” feature allows users to report fraudulent listings. The “Leave a review” feature allows users to leave reviews.
